The Deputy Registrar appointed Mr. Nitin Patil as the Election Officer. However, he conducted the election in an illegal and biased manner, allegedly favoring one group. Therefore, the Opposite Parties, Mr. Shyam Kansara, Mr. Chakradhar Pandey, and others have initiated proceedings against the said Election Officer seeking his disqualification and removal from the panel of Election Officers published by the Maharashtra Government for the Konkan Bhavan, Palghar District.
